Compensation for Deceased Workers:

• Financial Assistance of ₹50,000/- to the dependents of unregistered workers who die in accidents at construction sites or related projects.

Relief for Permanent Disabilities:

• ₹20,000/- is provided for cases of permanent disability where the disability is 50% or above.
• ₹10,000/- is provided for cases of permanent partial disability where the disability is below 50%.

Eligibility for Accidental Death of Unregistered Worker:

1. The applicant should be dependent on the deceased unregistered worker.
2. The worker must be unregistered with the Andhra Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
3. The worker must have died in an accident at a construction site or related project during the course of employment.

Eligibility for Permanent Disability:

1. The worker should have a permanent disability due to accidents at construction sites.
2. The worker should have a disability of 50% or above.


Eligibility for Permanent Partial Disability:

1. The worker should have a permanent partial disability due to accidents at construction sites.
2. The worker should have a disability of 50% or below.

• Aadhaar Card of the worker and nominee.
• Death Certificate.
• Bank Account Pass Book.
• FIR Copy.
• Panchanama Report.
• Postmortem Report.
• Disability Certificate ( issued by the Medical Officer of General Hospital / Area Hospital in the District)
