All the diseases which comes under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan-mantri Jan-arogya Yojana and Mukhya-mantri Jan-arogya Yojana.

Family member cover under the scheme. 1. Depended parents. 2. Husband/Wife. 3. Daughter. 4. Son.

There is no restriction for the members except the son. Benefits will be provided to the son if the age below 21 years.

1. Firstly applicant get register his/her self with labor department. 2. Submit the application form with required documents to labor department.

Doctor's certificate on format. 6. Medicines original bill. 7. Certificate of being an unmarried daughter or a daughter below 21 years of age.
