For Registration as a Building/ Construction Worker:

1. The applicant should be a resident of U.T. Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
2. The applicant should be a Building/ Construction Worker.
3. The applicant should be between 18 and 60 years.
4. The applicant should have engaged in any building or other construction work for at least 90 days in a given year.

For the Application of the Welfare Scheme:

1. Registered member Under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board of U.T. Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
2. The applicant should have completed one year membership with the Board.
3. The applicant should not have a pucca house.
4. The proposed house should be constructed on the applicant's own land.

For Registration as a Building/ Construction Worker:

1. Photographs of the concerned worker.
2. Attested copy of Proof of Age.
3. Attested copy of Address Proof.
4. Details of the establishment where the applicant is working.
5. Proof regarding Submission of Registration fees.
6. Any other document as required.

For the Application of the Welfare Scheme:

1. Plan and Estimate (Approved)
2. Receipt of Contribution made under PMAY(G) /PMAY(U)
3. Copy of Bank Pass Book/ Aadhar/ Identity Card.
4. Any other document as required.
