General Eligibility:

1. The applicant should possess a valid ration card under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or Jharkhand State Food Security Scheme.
2. All family members listed in the ration card must have Aadhaar numbers linked and verified.
3. The applicant's Aadhaar should be linked to a valid bank account and an updated mobile number.

Vehicle Eligibility:

1. The applicant's two-wheeler must be registered in their name and in the state of Jharkhand.
2. The applicant must possess a valid driving license.

2. Aadhaar Card of the Applicant (Linked to the Bank Account).
3. Bank Passbook.
4. Valid Driving License.
5. Vehicle Registration Certificate (Two-Wheeler Registered in Jharkhand).
