A scheme started by Ministry of Education for the student Higher education.

The scheme was initially launched with the aim of providing financial assistance to meritorious students from economically weaker sections of society to pursue postgraduate studies in India.

Scholarships of Rs.15,000/- per month for 10 months in a year.

All the students who full fill the eligibility criteria.

Applicant must be pursuing first postgraduate degree. Applicant who have already completed a postgraduate degree are not eligible to apply.

Applicant must be enrolled in first year of postgraduate program.

Applicant must be under 30 years old.
