Under this scheme, financial assistance will be given to Kashmiri families who have migrated from Jammu & Kashmir to Haryana and are living in various parts of the State.

This scheme was launched on 1st April 2006.

The Kashmiri families who have migrated from Jammu & Kashmir to Haryana and are living in various parts of the State are eligible to get benefits.

Under this scheme, the financial assistance @ ₹1250/- p.m. per member of the family is subject to a maximum of ₹6250/- per family.

The total period of financial assistance for re-settlement will be five years.

There is no age criterion under the scheme.

‘Family’ means the family of the applicant at the time of displacement from Kashmir. Any sub-division of the family after displacement from Kashmir will not be recognized for additional financial assistance under this scheme.

Under this scheme, the maximum annual income from all sources of the displaced family from Jammu & Kashmir should not exceed ₹2,00,000/-per annum.

The eligible applicant may apply through both online & offline modes.
